How to File a Complaint

    1. Online Form:
        • For immediate attention, kindly fill out the complaint form below. We aim to acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a full response within five working days.

        • Talk directly with our Complaints Resolution Team at 021 201 8512. They are available during operating hours.
    4. By Post:
        • Write to us at 18 Trent Road, Diep River, Cape Town 7800. Please provide as much detail as possible, including dates, times, and any staff members you interacted with.

    Our Complaints Resolution Process

      1. Acknowledgment: Once we receive your complaint, we’ll acknowledge it within 24 hours.
      2. Investigation: Our dedicated team will investigate the matter, which may include contacting you for additional information.
      3. Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within five working days. If it takes longer, we’ll update you every five days on our progress.
      4. Feedback: Once the complaint is resolved, we might contact you to ensure you’re satisfied with how it was handled and to ask for feedback on our complaints process.
