How to File a Complaint

Our Complaints Resolution Process

- Acknowledgment: Once we receive your complaint, we’ll acknowledge it within 24 hours.
- Investigation: Our dedicated team will investigate the matter, which may include contacting you for additional information.
- Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within five working days. If it takes longer, we’ll update you every five days on our progress.
- Feedback: Once the complaint is resolved, we might contact you to ensure you’re satisfied with how it was handled and to ask for feedback on our complaints process.
